Question of the Week suggestions
Each week we ask a question. The idea is to generate material that's:
* interesting to read, i.e. we won't get bored of reading the answers after about 10 of them
* not been asked on this site before
* fun to answer
What would you like to ask? (We've left this question open - so feel free to drop in ideas anytime.)

Sinking Feelings
You knew it was a bad idea but you did it anyway. You discovered a crucial piece of information that you are beginning to suspect you really needed half an hour ago. You realised immediately after you stopped talking that you'd just stepped in a massive pile of figurative horse-shit. You wondered why everyone was giving you that look all day, then you found out. You watched events unfold as though in slow motion, knowing exactly what was going to happen but powerless to stop it.

This has mileage
Though I suspect it is ripe for misinterpretation
