Tell us about all the times that your IT department had an email fault reported to them,and agreed that it was a problem with their server, and didn't say 'it's the remote server, probably they haven't got their DNS entries set up properly. Tell them to talk to their ISP', and continue surfing the web, while eating a bag of quavers and drinking coke.
Might have to extend that one by a week, we'll be overwhelmed.
