Off Topic may be where you want to hang outbut remember that a huge percentage of the traffic to the QOTW page comes from people outside that community. Landing them in Off Topic would be utterly confusing.
Generally, the only time there isn't a question is when we are preparing the next one anyway. This is the first time we've had an extended rest.
