Polite or subtle insultsOnce when staying at a campsite, we lived off the food that was cooked by the cooks. We all thought the food was absolute shit but put up with it. One night, we went to a different place for food. When asked by the campsite people what we thought of the other place, one of us said, "We liked the food".
Have you ever said something that was meant as an insult or criticism that you said in a polite or subtle way? Or have you said something like that without realising it's potential to insult?
