AgeingI have just noticed in the last couple of days that my armpits have started to smell of sweat at the end of the day. This has never happened before. I am 43.

Are you sure you didn't just change deodorant or diet?There's a possibility you have cancer also.
Not likely the cause of the odour just likely, unfortunately.
