At the age of 16That age when you're most vulnerable and insecure about your appearance, I was told by a mate that I looked like Billy from doom metal band Testament. Naturally, I was mortified:
a) because he looks like one of the rapists in The Accused.
b) because I'm a girl.
To prevent such an insult recurring, I went on a strict diet and dyed my dark hair red.
It never happened again :)
Who've you been told you look like and how did it affect you?
