problem areasRecetly, I heard a commotion outside my house. I went outside to find the fire brigade parked up and a fireman hosing down a small fire on the grass verge by the road.
On closer inspection, it appeared someone had torched a child's pedal-car.
What outrageous things have convinced you it's time to find a less vibrant neighbourhood?
