I did this once with a surfboard....it had a massive crack in it and became waterlogged, and I couldn't be arsed to take it to the dump, so I left it unattended in the front garden. After about half an hour my dad and myself had a good giggle watching some man sneak off with it....... Bloody thing hardly even floated :)
