You need to factor in drunk people, who don't tend to dream as they go into Stage 6/7 sleep immediately- Mental patients
- People on hallucinogenic drugs
- Insomniacs
Basically, when I dreamed that Wendy James off Transvision Vamp was giving me a blowy, it should have come true, and frankly I feel short-changed.
