Well, they're birds, right?So I always thought they'd taste a little chicken-like, but they look like they'd taste more of red meat, don't they?
I imagine it's some sort of mix. Like when you use half a pound of ground chicken and half a pound of ground beef in a recipe.
But would all of the fish they eat add a bit of fish flavor?
