This is an easy one
Because the bloke who attracts the nutter worries that no other nutter will want his winky in them in the future and therefore to ensure continued hiding of the winky will put up with large amounts of bullshit.

I carefully avoid this problem
By not putting my winky in any women at all. However much I wish I did. :-(
