This is a question Rubbish Towns

I once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

Thanks to SpankyHanky for the suggestion

Brixton
Ever so slightly dodgeite.

Witnessed last night a man attempting to woo a stranger in the street by following her and repeating: "I'm not dangerous. I'm not dangerous, stop a minute, I'm not dangerous."

Sodding SW9!
Brixton has a lot going for it... but it's the high percentage of Twats that ruin it. It sets itself apart as some "place to be". It's not! Frankly if it didn't have the Tube station and the Academy it would be nowhere! Also there seems to be a lack of interest to get rid of all the drug dealers, dangerous weirdos and gangs? They just do nothing about it, I'm sure the vast majority of the good residents of Brixton would welcome that?

Brixton Road
Once, I was walking up Brixton Road to my flat, and was approached by one of the usual sort of Brixton nutters, who (after attempting to carry a shopping bag of mine) asked me if I had any money, and if I did, would I mind joining him and his friends in a nearby flat for a game of cards. After I declined his generous offer, he tried to persuade me further with the following gem:

"You can trust me because I've just been released from prison and I don't want to get into anymore trouble."

I live on the infamous Coldharbour Lane
And haven't once heard even a single gun shot.

The area has really started to go down hill...
