I lost a role in a shit company for telling the shit family run company how shit they were at running their company. Second geneartion and they are the worst.
Apart from third generation but the second generation has usually ruined the business by the time they come along.

The son of the guy who owned the company I worked for (himself a dimwit who had inherited it from his father) gave a flowery and dramatic
months notice, telling us he was leaving for a job at a merchant bank, and fully expected to become a high flying whizkid.
6 months later he turned up back at the office.
"Hello Will", I said. "What you doing back here?"
"Well, I learned pretty much all there is to know about banking and finance, so I decided to come back and do it here".
"Nice. 6 months huh? You must be a quick learner"
"Yup".
"OK. Good. Can you get a couple of boxes of paper for the copier up from the stationary cupboard please"
"Yup".
