I do this when cash is tight.....Normally the week leading up to rent day, and a few days after.
I raid the yellow sticker section for something to make a reasonable dinner from, and usually manage a desert of fruit, and a 20p bunch of flowers too.
Sometimes I do this even when I have plently of money as I like the challenge, and, well, i can be quite tight sometimes :)
