Couldn't agree more
Was taking the bus to work at the cost of £29.25 a week so roughly £120 a month. Got a £600 bike on the cycle scheme. They take the money before tax so in real terms it cost me £30 a month for a year £600 bike for £360. I could sell it for more than that tomorrow. I ride it 23 miles a day rain or shine. I've probably spent about £150 on tyres and parts over the last 16 months but I'm still hundreds of pounds better off, can eat and drink what I like, don't need the gym membership anymore and have never been so fit.
