Money-saving tips
I'm broke, you're broke, we're all broke. Even the smug guy on the balcony with the croissant hasn't got two AmEx gold cards to rub together these days. Tell everybody your schemes to save cash.

Bwap. glorious bwap.
I cook something I like to call Bwap.
Its verious veg and bulk stewed in a pot.
Iv started to get my food budget down to 20 quid a week, some times a tenner.
Always by veg from a market/ green grocers.
supermarkets tamper with veg so much they only last a few days and you end up chucking alot of it away.
Stock up with spices and grow herbs such as basil and corrinder.
In a pot stew random veg with all the lovely spices and bung it with rice (really cheap) pasta or even a nice bread roll.
I'm making bwap right now :)

I often make veg soups and usually add dried chopped chilis to liven it up.

Those jars of chilli go a really long way.
Also try cooking with coconut cream/ milk sometimes.
I use it as a base for curries and today I swirled it in a leek and potato soup (which was too spicy) It was quality.

Are you trying to save money on vowels and punctuation too? They're free, you know.

Tell us
Is it called "bwap" as an onomatopoeia of how it repeatedly announces to the world that you've been eating it (usually at the least convenient times, such as in confined spaces; much to the chagrin of those nearby)?
