I moved closer to work so I could bike it.Saves me a fortune on fuel and car parts. Like a couple of years ago, the turbo blew on my car. I had to get it fixed there and then and then hire a car just so I could get to work.
The joys are now is that I only use my car for luxury, personal stuff. So my mileage is well lower. I cycle to work on a £200 bike that has required nothing spending on it since I got it.
I'm actually faster than traffic, as rush hour is just grid locked. Saving a heap of money, and keeping fit in the process.
