Screwed over by The Man
We once made a flash animation for a record company. They told us it was brilliant and 30 staff gave us a round of applause. They asked us to stick it out without their name on it. Then their legal department sent us a cease and desist for infringing their copyright. How have you been screwed over?

Bloke is arrested for not smiling during the race.
"Worsfold, whose experience was first reported by Private Eye, claims police questioned him about his demeanour and why he had not been seen to be visibly enjoying the event. Worsfold, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2010, suffers from muscle rigidity that affects his face."

"based on his dress"?
I'm not sure if this means he was sporting an ill-advised "suicide bomber" fancy dress costume, or that they merely disapproved of his frock.

There was something about rubber knives.
Maybe that's why they were concerned?

Don't you get tired of this bullshit?
I'm pretty sure at no point whatsoever was anyone arrested for 'not smiling'.
Certainly the actual facts of the story don't say that. He was lurking around a group of protesters in a position within reach of where the athletes were passing, possibly (and I'm aware I'm reading things into the story in the same way that the journalists did) looking shifty, and was carrying fake weapons.
He's a working martial arts instructor, so fuck off with the Parkinsons angle.
He was spoken to by police, presumably got gobby, and so they removed him from tha area.
And how do the newspapers report this? Arrested for not smiling. What a massive steaming pile of shit.

Circumstantial evidence?
Probable cause?
Legaleagle fodder.
Either way going to a major sporting event with rubber knives (I haven't read anything about anything btw) isn't very clever.
Best shout "Bomb!" a lot.

It's a fair point
QOTW is hardly the place to complain about exaggeration and inaccuracy, though...

Also a fair point.
I just get indignant about indignation.
Or something.
