except we're extremely well-regarded amongst the modelling community for letting the models direct the shoots and never pressuring anyone into doing anything they don't want to do. In fact we've been recommended (by models) as a good place for aspiring models to go for a first shoot because we are so laid-back and easy-going. And off the back of our pictures they've advanced their own careers and got paid work.
