This is a question Sexism

Freddie Woo tells us: Despite being a well rounded modern man I think women are best off getting married and having a few kids else they'll be absolutely miserable come middle age.

What views do you have that are probably sexist that you believe are true?

Bravo, women seem to think that just because they have periods they have the monopoly on feeling ill.

I was very ill one time on holiday in Cambodia and Thailand..
I had a fever and had been puking and shitting for three days.

I happened to give a heavy sigh and make a poorly face since I was a little unwell and the registration process for the hotel was rather protracted, the missus went mental!

1 hour later I was admitted to hospital with acute gastro-enteritis and placed on an IV of saline and 3 types of antibiotics. I was kept in for 3 days!

She said later that it was the stress of worrying about me but I think that's a cover story.

Theory
I have a theory about just this sort of thing..... in caveman times (and the like, anything pre 1962 basically) men needed to be fit as the proverbial to go hunting, anyone carrying anything that might affect the hunting team even slightly would become a massive liability therefore they would immediately need to stop doing anything at all so as to recover quickly (in birdspeak having 'manflu'). Women who would be doing the incredibly sexist things such as tending to the cavekids, food, clearing up mammoth tusks etc. would naturally need to carry on through illness lest the more helpless kids be at risk. They would also be able to take advantage of the less performance oriented nature (but no less challenging of course, trust me I have been a househusband I do know how tough it is) of being a homemaker. Apologies for boringness.
