Sexism
Freddie Woo tells us: Despite being a well rounded modern man I think women are best off getting married and having a few kids else they'll be absolutely miserable come middle age.
What views do you have that are probably sexist that you believe are true?

Chef/Cook
Equality? Men who cook are called chefs and yet women are called cooks (the majority anyway) why? They do the same job?

Chefs dont cook
They order other people to do most of it.
One person to chop the veg
Another and another to do whatever else is needed, blah blah.
A woman will do it all without screaming at various underlings
( unless its the hubby ;) )

chef != cook
A chef is a trained cook, a "Chef" chef - the "Chef de Cuisine", rather than a Sous Chef (de cuisine) or under chef, chef de pastis etc, doesn't generally cook anything and is in charge of the kitchen. Sweet FA to do with gender.

^^ This
and specifically "Chef" in French kind of equates to "Boss" in English.
If it's a woman running a professional kitchen she'd still be "Chef" or "Boss" to her team.
"Chef" is also what you call the conductor in an orchestra, if that helps..
