In my experience...women over 30 settle into themselves and become far better in bed because of it. Women who've had kids are also great fun because they are generally less prudish...
Oh and the few 40+ women I slept with (hey, I had a MILF phase) were mindblowingly good and filthy as hell. I'd take a fit 40 year old over a 16-25 year old any day of the week, if I had to choose.
I lucked out, though - my missus is 28, but with a mind that out-filths mine... :-)
