Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

my first cigarette was a tamponwhen you're young you can't tell the difference.
both make you sick but tampon smoke may well be a little better for you, so I recommend them to anyone trying to cut down.
