Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

Multiply that by the number of users1.56/100 * 69000 = 1077 stories that by your own definition are interesting :)
Even if half those users are comedy-logins (and they are), that's 25 pages of answers to read.
Statistics are great, aren't they?
