Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

I think...That the measure of a good QotW is how quickly the puns come firing in...and how many there are
It must be a record for this week already...and it's only Friday.
I, on the other hand, am going to rise above it and not issue any puns for this QotW...
(cleverly desguising the fact that not only can I not think of any, but that all the good words have now been used up)
