ERG1008 reminded me: I originally entered this for the Schadenfreude question, but I think it's more appropriate hereWatching the Great British Institution that is BBC One, I saw an advert for a documentary. This was a couple of months after Hurricane Katrina had flooded most of New Orleans, and said documentary was going to tell us all about the damage wreaked upon this city by the terrifying winds and rising seas.
