Where is the strangest place you have slept?'lardaholics anonymous' was bored and started a new question over in the old question, so the least we can do is make it official. What with New Year's celebrations coming up, asking for the strangest place you have slept is nicely appropriate too.
In case you are wondering, Portsmouth beach in the fog. Very strange waking up to that.

Alcohol is a lovely bedmate...The best place has to be under a fir tree. Warm, dry and comfy -so long as there isn't any dog shit.
Worst place was on a stack of chairs in a high school, or the bar stool in my local. It's a long way to the floor, unless you fall on one of the locals.
I've also managed to fall asleep in a night club, pubs, church and the bum of a lass at a party. I don't know how many have here have fallen asleep with their arms around the toilet...
