Where is the strangest place you have slept?'lardaholics anonymous' was bored and started a new question over in the old question, so the least we can do is make it official. What with New Year's celebrations coming up, asking for the strangest place you have slept is nicely appropriate too.
In case you are wondering, Portsmouth beach in the fog. Very strange waking up to that.

thank god it was lateWalking home after one too many at the ol' student's union, i was having a text arguement with my ex which was difficult considering i couldn't read the screen properly. Anyway on my route I got a little tired and just sat down where I was. Feeling more tired and a little ill, i thought a lie down was in order. Not exactly sure how long I was out for but I was awoken by a very friendly policeman suggesting the sliproad onto the motorway was not the best place to have a lie down and helped me to the side of the road.
