All of the above are viable reasons for describing someone as stupid.

If we all follow your thinking, we'll end up with that ridiculous claptrap of "hearing what you're saying" "understanding where you're coming from" and "differently abled".

If people are thick, they need to be shot, or, alternatively, mocked until they top themselves.

I agree in parts

1: Yes there is stupidity, it's on the part of the person not ensuring you are trained.

3: Yes, again, the person doing the employing is justifiably stupid.

4: Yup, I am stupid for not explaining that clearly. There is definitely stupidty in action. In the giving of the instruction.
