FreddyA mate of mine from my old local was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and was bemoaning the fact that he'd had to give up work. He shook quite badly - almost Michael J Fox style shaking. So I asked him why didn't he apply for a job at the pub - as a cocktail shaker.
