Like most winemakers he goes vat to vat tasting the wines to make sure they are doing alright. Most winemakers spit it out in the drain instead of swallowing to avoid getting drunk, but my boss spits his swirled and gargled wine back into the vats because he is a cheap cunt and doesnt want any profits to go down the drain.

Its a small winery you wont ever buy any of their wines I'm sure of it they only sell on site. and I wont say the name in case he googles his business cause I like my co workers who take pride in the winery. But in case you do go to the Ok Valley wine tasting, skip the winery just after Township 7 on the same side of the road.
