Thats awesome.Its similar here in Spain too. I just pay for electricity and water, which during the summer months my electric was 20 euros a month. Water was 15 euros.
But theres no TV License and no council tax for renting. And yes rent is cheap here too. About £350 a month for a 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment with nice views, communal outdoor swimming pool, secure garage parking and storage.
Ive never been so better off!

but you live in the Southhere in Barcelona, you'll be lucky to find a fucking ROOM for 350 a month. Flats go from 6-700 of your British pounds a month upwards
