will take any opportunity to dress up. Hallowe'en this Friday: ooh, let's dress up! Why? Why??? You're in your 20s FFS. They've all spent about thirty or forty quid each on hiring a costume. When asked if I wanted to join in I said, grumpily, "No thanks. I'm not a girl. Or 9..."
And I'm taking the day off because my girlfriend buggers off to work in the States and I'm off walking.

Myself and a few mates will be going to Dundee (no, don't laugh) this weekend at least in part for this reason.
We don't dress up - that would be childish - but almost every attractive female this side of 40 does. Nurses, schoolies, dominatrixes, you name it. Crumbs.
