Shave in the shower
I find if I shave in the shower with regular soap my blades last for months. This may be because shaving is the last thing I do in the shower and by the time I am finished washing my hair and body, the hot water has opened the pores on my face and softened the stubble.
Works for me anyway.

But always dry the blade with bogroll after use
