My family....
...Used to pay me £2.50 to work in their cafe all weekend!
That was Saturday 6am-2pm and Sunday 6am-12 noon.
To my count that's 35p an hour!!
I wouldn't mind but this was only 12 years ago, it's not like it was back in the oldern days FFS!

It was called Dot's Cafe on Leeds Road in Bradford
