Japanese tourists and Brits abroadhave a tendency not to close the door behind them (well at least when they visited my home town, hence the high number of time I have opened the door to a cubicule and found someone on the seat.
Also my brother in law on his 1st encounter with a Turkish toilet sat on the hole. (he was only 5 at the time, but his mum still likes telling this story at family reunion)
