Remember Carrot's Commercial Breakdown? Or whichever programme it was where Chris Tarrant talked us through loads of adverts? How starved were we for entertainment that it was deemed acceptable to make entire shows out of adverts?*
I'd like to say things have moved on since, but the existence of Rude Tube suggests that we've actually regressed.

*There was always that German newspaper add, where some pervert used the paper to hide his erection, though - probably the first sight of tits and muff for many a boy born in the early 80's, if they hadn't already seen Porky's.
