This sounds very similar to something that happened to my boyfriend....
They phoned him up and offered to come round to display all the courses they offered. It was only once he'd hung up he thought to look them up online and found out that they offered very poor courses, charging hundreds for qualifications and material you could get anywhere else for muuuuch less, and were more expensive than actually going to college.

He phoned them back and cancelled.
