If you're going to gogo in the first round. Experience suggests that if those who go in the first round get nice pay-offs, those in the second round get fuck-all because by that time the company can't afford it.

Thanks - I think that also........would rather stay in comfort zone but if needs must want to grasp the opportunity rather than let them dictate my fate.
