
I got a load of chalk, felt-tip markers and paint from friends one Christmas in a thinly-veiled attempt to get me involved with their plan to vandalise the toilets at the local park. My downfall: Signing my name. Tell us your stories of anti-social behaviour.

It's a huge part of our heritage and we're insanely proud of it. Tin and fish. I wish I'd lived in those days. A hard hard life, but a life to be proud of. I love listening to stories from my elder relatives.
Edit: A lot of the Crofty boys moved to Ontario, to a town called Timmins (where Shania Twain came from incedentally), to work in the Gold Mine, including my uncle and his family. Which has meant a nice few summers in Canada for me yippee!

Problem is, the firms who run call centres and other office-based operations don't want to hire people with obvious accents and dialects.
