I'm a little behind with the language of 'the street', and so forth, so I could be wrong - but isn't 'G6' shorthand for the six largest European economies?

It's nice that they're so concerned with pan-European matters of economy and politics, but I wish they'd expressed their civic interest in a less irritating and more melodious fashion.
