get a quieter PSUand mount it using those rubber washers you've got. I think mine was just under £30 for around 350w of utter quiet. be realistic about how much PSU oomph you need though - big wattage costs in money and/or noise, but too little and things like hard drives don't spin up when you want... add in maybe £20 for a very very quiet CPU fan and just leave the original case be.
