That man is a bastardSpeaking as someone who rented out a property to a tenant who effectively did this, I am literally seething with rage.
The cunt who did this to me has now ruined my financial stability and caused me months of stress and worry, with me now being on first-name terms with the girl from the mortgage company 'fuckers who can't pay their mortgage' department.
And I'm not even a greedy, money-grabbing profiteer - just someone who chose to rent out their flat instead of selling it when they moved in with their significant other.
