|I put it the wrong way round on purposeI have two young kids and it stops them spinning the roll and unrolling it. If they want to unroll the whole roll with the paper coming from the back they have to pull it down which takes longer.

Perfectly understandable.Although I would probably have the kids adopted so I didn't have to constantly chew at my knuckles every time I saw the PAPER THE WRONG WAY ROUND.
