Get a dog.I don't know if you are in a position to do this, but getting a dog may help you. Dogs are very therapeutic to have around, so that could help you with the depression. Also, dogs need walking on a regular basis, so that would help you to reduce your weight; and get fit. It's hard to be sad when you have a dog around! Hope this helps.
