They generally don't permit/assist you to do thisAs there are very few safe routes and spots. You have to be accompanied by a guide with a giger counter. You're not able to explore on your own.

Sadly, that's correct. Plus, why do it in a bike or a car, when you can do it in a Monster truck, gunning down the mutant undead with a backmounted railgun as you go?
