i am allergic to cheeseand find it surprising how many (often cullinarily educated) people tell me how cheese cake is cheese free as its actually only got mascapone in it.

What..All cheese? How do you have cheese and beans on toast? Or besterer still, garlic bread with melted cheese and baked beans, hoy a little bit of chorizo for that extra bit of spicy meatiness. Or is it meaty spiciness.
