A tiny bit, thanksI still can't really believe it's happened, and some days are very bleak indeed, but on the whole even when I feel like shit* I can at least give the illusion of being ok...
*I can't say I'm "happy" now, coz I'm not, I'm fucking gutted. I do have better days though, where rather than being a mess I can at least be quietly calmly sad... if you see what I mean?

I meant from a personal perspective.It winds me up when someone has something awful happen and somebody else says, "yeah, I know how you feel". They bloody don't.
