Sir:You may very well be Puzzled at this usage of Language; while some might say such Puzzlement reveals you as the worst sort of uneducated Pithecanthropoid, I am prepared to be more charitable, and will direct you to the relevant section on this pathetic excuse for an Encyclopaedia or Bastion of Knowledge, which I have very little Time for due to its Bolshevik and Commonal, as well as transient and insubstantive nature, but which I expect will be the perfect vehicle for communicating a paltry Understanding of the grand old habit of Intermittent Capitalisation to one such as yourself, bring back flogging, this country is going to the dogs, etc etc.
