Ok I've had a thought about this
And some white stilton with strawberries would go absolutely fucking brilliantly with hobnobs. It would be like eating mini cheesecakes.

Hobnobs + Philli + Strawbery Jam....
It helps me think that I'm a giant eating a whole cheesecake in one bite.
